Racers Need Mental Training Too...

I hear a lot of chatter in the media debating if auto racers are
athletes. Racers are athletes too and can benefit from mental
conditioning just as racers now take advantage of physical
conditioning.

Nascar driver Carl Edwards - is setting the standard for Nascar
racers as he is considered one of the fittest men in racing. He
and other racers are preaching the benefits of fitness for race car
drivers.

"Driving is 90% mental, and the last 10% is where the physical side
helps you. I think Nascar guys have realized in the last few years
that if there's a way to get ahead, the gym is the best place to
start," Carl Edwards said.

OK, so Edwards thinks driving is 90% mental. But I would guess that
he spends most of his time in the gym instead of working on his
mental game.

*The bottom line... To keep up with and pass your competitors, you
need every advantage available.*

One way to get ahead of the competition is with mental training or
mental conditioning. To help you reach your peak mental fitness on
the track, I produced a new audio program, "The Confident Racer:
Mental Strategies for Peak Performance in Auto Racing."

Now, you too, can discover the mental strategies I have taught to
Nascar champions to keep them get on the podium. In *The
Confident Racer,* you'll learn...

How to recognize and avoid the top 5 mental spin outs in racing.

Why the mental game of racing is so important to your success.

Six mental strategies to help you develop a mindset for racing
success

How to apply a step-by-step prerace mental preparation routine to
help you get into a confident, focused, and relaxed state of mind
before the race.

How to fuel your self-confidence before each race so you can blow
away the competition.

And many other mental toughness goodies!

I would love to work with you one-on-one to improve your mental game
of racing. However, a great place to start (which is not nearly as
costly) is to grab your copy of 'The Confident Racer' today!
