I would recommend this software for anyone wanting to improve their motocross training. I believe there are benefits to be had by all users irrelevant of level of riding, even a club racer who just wants to enjoy their racing more can benefit from this software, as it can offer actual summaries of your progress whether you only want to focus on parts of the program like diet and training or if you want to maximise the program and use all the bike setting features as well.

I am glad I was on the email list or I wouldn’t have known it existed. I wasn’t really looking for a training program at all but after many failed attempts to improve, I now see that this is nice and easy to use and convenient because it captures so much information. I am sure I will benefit from it in many ways, not just on the bike.

The software, having everything in the one package really helped in time saving sand helping me actually complete all the details instead of just nothing down the major points, it made me much more disciplined in the recording of my training.

I am finding it very useful in the output that you can get from the software because it captures so much information and how it really forces you to be disciplined in your training as the results don’t lie.

Mx Training Journal made it easier for me to keep track of my training, not only on the bike but also my off bike fitness training as well. It lets me get the most out of the time I spend training.

Being able to record all my training information in the one place saves time and effort, instead of recording times and details for my fitness training in one place and then keeping another record of my practise riding I only have to open the one program and I can put it all together.
