TRAINING

In the training diary you enter everything that has to do with your track practice. Which track you ran on, which bike you rode on, which lap times you had, the setup you had on your bike and how well you thought you performed on the track.

If you have difficulty remembering how well you performed on the track in different situations and exactly which setup you had on the bike you can print forms that you can bring with you to the track and fill in when you have finished your runs. Then when you are to enter the session into the training diary you have the form as a reference.

In order for you not to have to enter all the data again after every session you can choose to load data from a previous training session. This can be practical and timesaving if the training sessions don't change much from time to time.

In order for you to review what has been entered in the training diary you can use the search function. In this part of the program you can also add laptimes in a diagram that clearly shows your development.
